2023 signs our return to Terra Botanica for the creation of the new space in the 'Mysteries of the Forest' universe: The Bird Canopy.
Terra Botanica - Europe's first plant park
In Angers, Terra Botanica reveals the secrets and history of plants.
Between playful adventures and botanical discoveries, young and old alike will find their place in Europe's first plant park.
The Canopy of Birds is the great novelty of the year 2023. It is to be discovered from June 1st onwards in the park, in the world of the Mysteries of the Forest. An immersive experience in the fascinating world of birds.
In 2021, we built several net courses including canopies, net sea, observation platforms, cabin. Building on the success of these courses, we were asked to build a new course.
The Bird Canopy: an extension synonymous with success
Net course
This new net course features a beige-colored round net sea with red Z-braiding. The colors are deliberately neutral so as not to draw attention to the net but rather to the external environment.
A net path takes the visitor from the nest platform to the sea of nets, then from the sea of nets to the slide platform.
We have developed two specific platforms for this project:
Nest platform
This platform-hut allows total immersion in the course. This entry point is easily identifiable and will undoubtedly be a privileged place to take photos!
Toboggan platform
This platform with a natural and irregular cladding. It allows to finish the course on a last playful touch. We have opted for stainless steel which will withstand the large number of visitors to Terra Botanica.
