[The Elven Woods] Construction of Canada's first park
The Elven Woods : A Nature-Themed Park with Universal Appeal
After conquering France with six successful parks, the Elven Woods (Le Bois des Lutins) is crossing the Atlantic to settle in Drummondville, Quebec.
More than just a leisure park, it’s a magical universe where elves, trolls, fairies, and mischievous goblins invite you to experience something truly unique in the heart of nature.

A Concept That Wins Hearts Everywhere
With over 100,000 visitors per season in France, Le Bois des Lutins has proven its success thanks to an original concept: immersive activities both on the ground and in the trees, designed for the whole family.
Signature Attractions
As in our existing parks, the brand’s iconic features are all here, with themed activities on the ground and in the treetops:
- Aerial Villages with iconic yellow, blue, and red tree houses connected by a network of net walkways and slides
- The Goblins’ Net Seas
- The Fairies’ Zip Lines
- The Giant Dwarf’s Belly
- The Elves’ Swings and Caterpillars
- The Trolls’ Mine (opening in 2026)
An Immersive Storytelling Experience
The Elven Woods s is not just an activity park… It’s a gateway to an enchanted world. From the very first steps, visitors leave reality behind and enter the realm of the Little Folk, where mischievous goblins, graceful elves, mysterious trolls, and luminous fairies coexist.
In this new version—more immersive and rich in themes—every path tells a story, every corner hides a surprise. Children’s laughter echoes through the trees while adults rediscover wonder. Here, nature becomes the stage, and imagination comes to life to create an unforgettable adventure for the whole family.
Nature at the Heart of the Concept
True to the spirit of The Elven Woods, we have chosen construction techniques that enhance nature and protect the environment.
Thanks to innovative methods such as trees full drilling and the exclusive Le Clou SVA trees partial drilling technique, we respect the trees’ life cycle while creating elegant, lightweight structures that blend seamlessly into the landscape—so every visitor can enjoy a magical experience in harmony with the forest.
The park’s design takes into account the site’s unique features—wetlands, marshes, and remarkable trees—to offer an authentic experience.

Project Timeline
The scale and location of this project required careful planning in several phases to ensure the scheduled opening in summer 2026. Harsh winter conditions prevent installation during this period, so we have adapted our calendar
- Installation of suspended nets
- Construction of cabins and platforms
- Implementation of the scenography
- Construction of ground-level activities
- Official opening and first visitors’ discovery
- Combining nature, magic, and adventure—designed to amaze the whole family
