Net Adventure Courses
With more than 50 net adventure courses built around the world, these new nature-based adventure parks have become a central part of our construction portfolio. These parks offer numerous advantages in terms of both operations and appeal. They have proven to be a huge hit with the public.
Our Featured Projects
What is a net adventure park?
Net adventure parks (or net courses) are aerial activities based on the concept of tree-top adventure parks.
The goal is to move around at height on nets in a completely safe environment.
Net courses typically consist of:
- giant nets, known as net seas or bounce net where participants can jump, run, and play... freely,
- a network of canopy walkways and footbridges,
- platforms and treehouses,
- slides and secure vertical climbs (also known as “net chimneys”).

Unlike “tree-top adventure” courses, which require specific equipment (harnesses, carabiners, pulleys, etc.) and close supervision, net courses are activities that do not require PPE (personal protective equipment).
Safety is ensured collectively by nets or safety railings. It is no longer necessary to wear a harness or carabiners.
Net courses are suitable for families and require little supervision.
The nets are usually strung between trees, but they can also be set up on artificial structures (posts, buildings) or indoors.
Net courses can be designed to be fun and recreational or take a more contemplative approach, similar to an aerial walk.
Why build a net course?
Accessible to Everyone
Net courses are one of the few inclusive outdoor activities. Everyone can participate—children, teens, parents, and grandparents. Families love it!
These courses are uniquely accessible:
- for children as young as 3,
- with no prior athletic experience required,
- and for people with limited mobility with special accommodations.
The activities offered in a net adventure park can be highly customized to suit the target audience.
Net courses allow you to reach a much broader audience than tree-top adventure courses.
Lower operating costs
Since collective safety measures (such as nets) are in place, it is no longer necessary to provide each participant with specific safety equipment. Similarly, the level of supervision can be reduced.
No personal protective equipment (PPE):
- lower initial investment,
- no equipment management (purchasing, inspection, replacement, etc.),
- no need for trained staff.
Less supervision:
- fewer operators,
- operators act as hosts and facilitators rather than “enforcers.”
The return on investment is therefore faster!

An Additional Activity
Net courses can form a nature-based adventure park in their own right, where net activities are the main attraction. For example, the “Baron Aventure” park in Fontenay-Le-Comte [Net Course] Overhaul of the Parcabout in Fontenay le Comte.
But they also make an excellent complementary activity for:
- tree-top adventure parks looking for a way to attract a broader customer base: [NET COURSE] - A COLORFUL COURSE
- recreational parks seeking to diversify and stand out from the competition: [NET COURSE] NEW COLLABORATION AT TERRA BOTANICA
- recreational lodging facilities wishing to offer a new service to their guests: [Net course] - Setting up a course without PPE in a campsite
Installation of a course requiring no PPE at a campground mountain resorts wishing to expand or launch their year-round multi-activity offerings: [NET COURSE] A new net park in Savoie Mont Blanc
How much does a net adventure park cost?
We have developed five packages designed to meet different objectives. These packages allow you to build a rope course with varying levels of customization and theming.

Designed to handle low to medium traffic.
Adventure Park Without PPE < €300,000.
Design of an adventure park without PPE capable of handling moderate visitor traffic.
Option to combine ground-based and aerial activities and customize the activities.
Themed Adventure Park (No PPE Required) < €700,000
Creation of a fully equipped adventure park (no PPE required) featuring a wide range of activities both above ground and on the ground. Incorporation of a central theme to provide a more immersive experience.Aiming for regional reach with the capacity to manage high visitor volumes.

What regulations?
The construction of the net courses is subject to the High Rope Course Standard (NF EN 15567-1). This European standard requires safety inspections by an independent expert prior to the park’s opening, as well as a forestry assessment of the support trees.
To go even further and ensure optimal safety, we also adhere to the Playground Equipment Standard (NF EN 1176), which is more stringent.
What is the lifespan of a rope course?

The lifespan of net enclosures varies. The quality of the materials and the manufacturer’s expertise have a significant impact on the lifespan of the nets.
Drawing on our experience and ongoing communication with operators, we build enclosures that require very little maintenance.
Our design choices are intended to minimize wear and tear and, where necessary, provide for wear parts that are easy to replace.
We estimate that, when properly installed, the nets can withstand 20,000 to 30,000 visitors over a minimum lifespan of 5 years (up to 7 years with minimal maintenance). For reference, our maximum visitor count before replacement is 1.2 million visitors over a 2-year period!
As with any recreational activity, it’s important to evolve your park over time to build customer loyalty and stay in step with market trends. We offer a variety of solutions to help you achieve this, starting with an initial design that incorporates a medium-term vision for your park, including potential expansions. Adding a new theme is also an excellent way to breathe new life into your park.
